Veteran Administration Benefits                                      The G.I. Montgomery Bill

THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE! We salute all American military men and women, especially those who have deployed and served in harms way. As a nation we can never do enough to show our appreciation for your sacrifice, but as a school American Airman & Heritage Flight Academy pride themselves on offering offer you some of the finest flight and ground training in the world.

"You served your country with honor and distinction; please allow us to serve you in a 'squared away' environment where “attention to detail” is always the order of the day."

VA APPROVED: ALL American Airman Ground School Courses are approved by the Veterans Administration affording you the eligibility to receive tuition reimbursement.  You can always learn more about G.I. Montgomery Bill Entitlements at VA Government Website, www.gibill.va.gov.  Do not hesitate to contact us today with questions or concerns.

WHAT YOU ARE ENTITLED: Under Section 3676, Chapter 30, Title 38 of the US code you are entitled to receive tuition reimbursement up to $1,000 for our courses and 100% of all testing fee's!  Since this is a "reimbursement program" you must first remit the the full tuition for the course in which you are enrolled.  At the completion of your selected program an American Airman representative will assist you in completing and filing the necessary VA reimbursement paperwork.  After that?  "It's hurry-up and wait....!"  The process usually takes between four to six weeks to culminate in your reimbursement.

The Post- 911/GI Bill: If you initially made application and enrolled in the Post 911/GI Bill, also referred to as "chapter 33," and are not entitled to chapter 30 benefits you do not qualify for reimbursement.  Unfortunately the VA choose to exclude non-college vocational schools from the "new" GI Bill.

IMPORTANT NOTE about the Post- 911/GI Bill: If you originally enrolled for and were entitled to the old/original Chapter 30 GI Montgomery Bill prior to "opting" for the "new" Post- 911/GI Bill you still qualify for reimbursement at the old rates!  This applies to 90% of Veterans!  Call us today, (631.471.3550) to find out what your benefits are and how best to use them - we are the experts.

CONTACT US TODAY: We are here to answer all your questions and guide you in the process of realizing your dream of achieving a career in Aviation.  Contact us to learn more about G.I. Bill Reimbursement Opportunities, or to enroll in the one of our courses at 631.471.3550. Please take a moment to complete our on-line application questionnaire.
